They use organically grown oils when they are available. Active ingredients: California Baby uses botanicals that are known for their safety and use them at active levels. If certain herbs or minerals are not used at an "active" percentage, the botanical will not perform. Animal testing: California Baby does not test on animals. Organic: Califoria Baby uses certified organically grown ingredients whenever they are available.
